ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By enrolling in Pinterest Academy (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth by Nicole Sturgeon LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or participate in the Program.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Pinterest Academy is a digital membership and educational program designed to provide training, resources, and support related to Pinterest strategy, blogging, SEO, and business development.
Your purchase grants you access to the materials, trainings, and community associated with your selected membership tier.

PAYMENTS & BILLING
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
For payment plans or recurring subscriptions: You agree to complete all scheduled payments. Monthly memberships will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle Failure to complete payments may result in: suspension or removal of access to the Program
loss of access to materials, community, and support

NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the digital nature of this Program and immediate access to proprietary materials: All sales are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including: lack of use, change of mind, perceived lack of results, failure to complete or engage with the Program
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

ACCESS & USE
Your access to Pinterest Academy is for your personal business use only. You may not: share login information,
distribute, reproduce, or resell any Program materials
upload or share materials publicly or within other programs
Unauthorized sharing or use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within Pinterest Academy, including but not limited to: trainings, videos, templates, frameworks, written materials
is the intellectual property of the Company.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business.
You may not: copy, resell, or redistribute materials
claim content as your own
use materials for teaching or commercial resale without written permission

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
If your membership includes access to a community (e.g., Circle), you agree to:
maintain respectful, constructive communication
avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior refrain from excessive negativity, complaining, or disruptive conduct. The Company reserves the right to remove any member from the community at its sole discretion without refund.

NO GUARANTEES
Pinterest Academy provides educational content, strategies, and guidance.
However, we do not guarantee: specific income results, client bookings or business growth
traffic, leads, or conversions
Your results depend on multiple factors, including:
implementation, consistency, market conditions, business model.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS
The Company reserves the right to: suspend or terminate access to the Program
remove members from the community restrict access to materials if any violation of these Terms occurs.
No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to breach of these Terms.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM
The Company reserves the right to: update or modify Program content change features, trainings, or structure adjust pricing for future members. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for: any direct or indirect damages loss of income, profits, or business opportunities decisions made based on Program content
All content is provided for educational purposes only.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States.
